Boards: 6-month warranty from the delivery date.

Parts: 3-month warranty when purchased separately.

Requirements:

Proof of defect via pictures or test videos is required for warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

Easily breakable parts like front wheels, decks, belts, grip tape, and PU sleeves (unless delivered within 7 days).

Damages from artificial causes, unauthorized modifications, or negligence.

Water damage: The boards have an IP56 rating and are water-resistant but not waterproof.

Resold boards: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

No returns due to shipping costs.

Warranty covers replacement parts only, not a new skateboard.
